I love Happy Weekends!

Had steamboat on Friday with Amma, Dad, An, Win, Wei and SiaoHui as it had been raining for the past few nights and the weather was so cold. Mum went to Sekinchang for day trip, so she missed it :p All of us had a great time and we had SuChan Chocolate Moist (Wei) cake and Musang King durian (Dad) for dessert. Mum came back with fishballs, prawns and Banana Chips! Was so so so full and my plans to diet.... but 吃得是福,福既是肥! :p

We had Japanese food in Bandar Puteri for dinner on Saturday night. Had been quite awhile since we sat down and had a happy family meal! Had Baskin Robbins for dessert and visited Petsmore after that. During happy moments like this, I really am glad that I did not take up the offer by PwC Sg... Hopefully moving forward we will be able to be as happy every single day... :)

Forgone Opportunity

HR from PwC Sg called on Wednesday 11:30am and I was informed that they are offering me a position as a second year Senior Associate. Consulted quite a number of friends and every single one of them said I should take up the offer. I know very well its a good opportunity to get more exposure and of course, to earn SGD... but at the same time I need to take into account other factors which will affect my decision. Hereby, I would like to thank all those that advised me on this matter.

However, I think family is more important than money. Money won't be able to buy us back time we have lost with our family... I hope I would not be regretting for making such a decision. In the meantime, I will also need to learn to be contented. Contented for a good-paying job, Contented for having my family with me, Contented for what I have as at today.

Nasi Lemak 2.0

It may not be the best show, but it reflects truly M'sian politics and our culture back here. From all neighbours unwilling to help to the Keris issue. Will we be able to live harmoniously like the ingredients of Nasi Lemak? I do hope so, but at the same time have some doubts over this... :)

Forgive to Forget.

Got to know from Brandon that E-Chien got to know bout the status I posted on FB and apparently she did back me up. Was upset upon knowing, but I believe strongly the saying "Forgive to Forget". I can't control Jo's mouth and if she thinks she's proud to tell it to others, she might as well go ahead... For me, I choose to admit my wrongdoing and move on in life.

Forgive to Forget.

I've gone through this experience once and realised once you have forgive a person, you can still remain friends. And I shall continue to believe strongly in this.

Forgive to Forget.

2011 Mid-Autumn Festival

Time flies, human behaviour changes, but there are always some things that remain the same as it is. For example the paper lanterns we used to play when we were young.

Happy Mid-Autumn. May all beings be well and happy.

Farewell for Lay

Sometimes i really wonder where is his 良心.

No matter how, she have worked for us for almost 2 years. For all the scoldings and screaming in the period of this two years which I believe made her decided to not come back to work. For small matters, for her mischief, for the countless times of suspect we had on her... I really pity her from the bottom of my heart. I would like to apologise to her, for my tantrums, for my rudeness at times...

Chhoam Lay, I really hope you will lead a better life when you return to Cambodia. May Buddha bless you with life long happiness and good health.
